If you only want us to incorporate your ministry or charity, we will need the following information:
You will need to provide a name for the ministry or charity. It must be distinct from any other ministry in your state. We may have to amend the name somewhat in order to be approved.
We will need the physical address where the ministry or charity will office. This cannot be a post office box and you must be able to receive mail at the address.
We will need your legal name and physical address even if it is the same as the physical address where the organization will office.
Then we need at least two other names and physical addresses to serve as directors. They cannot be related to you.
Additionally, will your organization have members or will the board of directors be governing?
Besides the official verbiage required for a nonprofit, which we will provide, we will need an official statement of your organizations purpose.
We will provide you with a sample set of bylaws for you to review. Once you and the board of directors agree on the final draft, have all the directors sign and date the bylaws.
We will apply for and provide your Employer Identification Number from the IRS. This will facilitate your opening a bank account.
We suggest a minimum donation of $300 plus any applicable state fees for this service.
